small business we want you to love your products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we’ll work
with you to resolve it.
Due to the nature of our skincare / hair care products, and for sanitation reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on opened or used merchandise.
To ensure the safety of our clients and customers, we reserve the right to cancel or void an order at our discretion.
We want you to have a great shopping experience with us, so if for whatever reason you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, unless your order has already been shipped. Sorry, we are unable to cancel an order once the order has been shipped.
Items can only be returned if:
- They are unopened and unused,
- With all seals and packaging still in place
- Within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Unwanted items must be sent along with proof of purchase to an address given once you have emailed me to get authorisation to return the product.
Once we have received the item and your refund has been processed it can take between 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
